Our journey began with Ringroad Real Estate, a brokerage firm helping buyers and sellers navigate the resale and primary property markets around Greater Cairo. Soon after, we expanded into Ringroad Design & Fit-Outs, delivering high-end interior design and turnkey finishing services to homeowners and investors.​

Throughout our work, we kept seeing a common challenge: property owners with idle, unfinished, or underutilized apartments—especially in sought-after locations like Maadi, New Cairo, and the Ring Road area—missing out on the income potential of short-term rentals. That’s where Rent-In was born.
