Please find below the house rules and accommodation guidelines: Occupancy Conditions: • All occupants must be confirmed and registered prior to arrival. • For Arab and Egyptian residents, couples must present a valid and official marriage certificate to stay together. • Hosting or allowing the overnight stay of any guests whose information was not registered at check-in is strictly prohibited. Guest and Visitor Policy: • Visits from the opposite sex are not allowed unless they are first-degree relatives. • All visitors must leave the unit by 1:00 AM. • Overnight stays by visitors are strictly prohibited. Noise & Parties: • Parties or loud music are not allowed. • Please keep noise levels low out of respect for neighbors. Unit Condition & Security: • The apartment and its contents must be returned in the same condition as received. • No furniture or items may be removed from the unit. Surveillance & Safety: • A security camera may be installed at the entrance to monitor entry and exit. • Footage may be used as legal evidence in the event of any violations. Pets: • Pets are generally not allowed. However, if you wish to bring one, please contact us and we will respond accordingly. Required Documents: • All guests must submit copies of valid passports before check-in.
